PFRU representatives took part in a meeting on the establishment of a Partners’ Coalition, initiated by the All-Ukrainian Association of Amalgamated Territorial Communities, as part of broader efforts to strengthen coordination of support to hromadas. The initiative aims to help partners align priorities more effectively, avoid duplication, and deliver stronger support, particularly in frontline and border communities.

PFRU delivered training for police officers from frontline hromadas focused on strengthening two-way engagement with residents. The activity explored how trust, communication, and meaningful community involvement can support safer hromadas and more responsive local services.

With support from PFRU, Mystetskyi Arsenal has opened the exhibition “Iliustroteka: Ukrainian Illustration Across the Twenties”, which explores Ukrainian illustration as a living tradition shaped by cultural continuity, experimentation, and dialogue across generations. Bringing together works from the early twentieth century and contemporary responses, the project highlights how Ukrainian visual language continues to speak to the present.

Bringing together works by Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar artists, the exhibition 'What We Talk About When We Talk About Crimea' opened in Warsaw with support from PFRU. Through art, it explores loss, memory, identity, and the experience of Crimea under Russian occupation, while helping keep Crimea visible in international cultural space.

PFRU-supported training in Kyiv brought together representatives of hromadas to strengthen their capacity to plan and manage water supply systems in wartime conditions.

PFRU took part in the international conference “Cooperation for Resilience” in Lviv, where participants explored the role of culture in Ukraine’s recovery and the prospects for deeper international cooperation. The discussion highlighted culture, heritage, and identity as important parts of resilience, particularly in frontline communities facing the pressures of war.

With support from PFRU, the State Special Transport Service received specialised equipment to strengthen its capacity for humanitarian demining on land and under water. The assistance will help expand clearance operations, improve access to affected areas and water resources, and support safer conditions for communities and recovery.

With support from PFRU, a roundtable in Kyiv brought together frontline and border hromadas to share lessons from six months of work on adaptive emergency planning. The discussion helped elevate locally grounded experience, challenges, and recommendations to national-level decision-makers, with the aim of strengthening emergency preparedness and resilience in wartime conditions.

Junior EXPO 2026, supported by PFRU, brought together students from frontline and border oblasts to showcase products created through their own mini-companies. The event helped participants gain practical experience in entrepreneurship, teamwork, and market engagement, while strengthening skills for their future professional paths.
